Email is the way
Pyxel has no contact form and no live chat. Write to jrppl.work@gmail.com and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days. Replies come from the same address, so please check your spam folder if you hear nothing after that.
Pyxel works remotely from Europe, so replies may arrive outside your local working hours. Calls are arranged by email once a project looks like a fit.
Starting a project
A few lines are enough to begin. It helps to include:
- What you need built, fixed or connected, and which of the four service areas it falls into: websites, integrations, web apps, or cloud and rescue work.
- Your rough timeline and budget, so we can say early whether the work is a match.
- Links to any existing site, repository or documentation, and who currently looks after it.
If it looks like a fit, the next step is a call to understand the problem, followed by a written proposal with a fixed price. You can also use the "Start a project" button on the home page, which opens an email with the subject already filled in.
Questions about the free tools
For problems with the simulator or the practice mode, tell us which tool, which browser and device you used, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Please note that we cannot answer questions about your result in a real assessment or about how an employer uses it. The tools are independent practice material and have no connection with Thomas International.
Existing systems and rescue work
If you have inherited an application and are not sure what state it is in, say so. Describe what it does, what language and hosting it uses, what has gone wrong, and how urgent it is. Pyxel often starts with a short review of the code, the deployment and the costs, and reports back what is safe to leave, what should be fixed first and what a step-by-step modernisation would involve, before anyone commits to larger work.
Corrections and content issues
If you think something we published is wrong, out of date or unclear, including the GIA prep guides, email us with the page address and what you believe is incorrect. Our editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
Privacy of your message
We use your message and address only to reply, and we do not share them. See the privacy policy for the rest. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other secrets by email.
Not a fit
Pyxel does not offer job-seeking help, assessment coaching or paid placement of links or articles. Unsolicited offers of that kind will not receive a reply.
